Quinte region real estate stats

The number of house sales in the Quinte region didn’t change much from December to January but the average price of the homes sold varied quite a bit.

According to the latest report from the Central Lakes Association of Realtors there were 34 single family home sales in Belleville in January with an average price of $537,000.

In December there were 38 sales at an average price of $529,000.

In Quinte West 27 houses were sold in January with an average price of $544,000. In December, three fewer homes were sold but the average price was higher at $576,000.

Thirteen houses were sold in Prince Edward County last month with an average price of $718,000.
In December, four more homes were sold at an average price of $711,000.

In Brighton there were 16 home sales in January at an average price of $591,000.

In December there were 13 sales with an average price of $688,000.
